There was a report of a lightning strike at Plumerville (Conway County). Given so much wind, power outages topped 100,000 at one point, which is similar to what happens during an ice storm. A 63 mph gust was measured at Russellville (Pope County), and a 71 mph gust was registered near Dardanelle (Yell County).
